Usually better to replace

• Clear aligners and clear plastic (Essix-style) retainers — Smile Extension does not repair these. Contact the provider who made yours about a replacement.
• Large missing sections or a retainer broken into several pieces with parts lost.
• It no longer fits even when undamaged — fit changes can mean teeth have shifted, which a repair cannot fix.
