What we repair
Our lab works on removable orthodontic retainers with acrylic and wire parts — Hawley retainers and other acrylic retainers. Typical jobs are wire welds and re-attachments, cracked or split acrylic, and pieces that have broken off. Every appliance is different, so we review a photo before quoting.
What we can't do by mail
- Anything still attached to your teeth (bonded / permanent retainers).
- Adjusting a retainer to move teeth or change your bite — that is clinical care from your dentist or orthodontist.
- Rebuild a retainer that is lost or mostly missing.
- Repair clear aligners or clear plastic (Essix-style) retainers — we do not repair these.
