Mail-order retainer repair packages with shipping included both ways. Weld or acrylic repair with prepaid shipping into our facility and back to you.

- Extra expedited requests beyond these packages cost more.
- 10% off for college students and first responders with valid ID.
- Payment: PayPal only. Invoice must be settled before repair starts. Labels are emailed after invoice.
- Do not ship with signature required.
- No warranty / no guarantees on repaired retainers we did not originally manufacture — see Policies.
- May–November lab turnaround is usually 10–12 days in the order received (not counting shipping either way).
- Shipping times are carrier estimates only. We don’t control UPS delays.

Optional repair add-ons
