From photo to return shipping—six clear steps to fix a broken retainer by mail. PayPal is settled before we start work.

Six steps from photo to return shipping

Text a clear picture of your damaged retainer to 657-566-1558, or email it to smileextension@gmail.com (you can also use smilextechnologies@gmail.com).

Quote

We’ll confirm whether we can repair it — including Hawley and acrylic retainer repair — and point you to the right shipping package.

Pay

All payments are through PayPal. The invoice must be paid before we start the repair.

Ship it in

Use the prepaid label / shipping option you purchased. Ship only after we’ve confirmed the repair and payment.

We repair

We sterilize and repair in our lab. Average turnaround is about 7 business days after we receive your retainer. That does not include shipping time either way. Workload can make it a little faster or slower.

Ship it back

We send it back with UPS tracking, depending on the package you chose. See retainer repair prices for shipping options.

Important: Do not mail your retainer to the Dover business contact address unless we specifically tell you to. We’ll give you the correct shipping instructions after payment.
